Steve's talk will touch upon his experiences getting medicinal mushrooms into mainstream markets (barriers to entry, consumer education, new modes of delivery etc),  the technology of producing medicinal mushroom dietary supplements (extracts, Solid State Fermentation, Submerged Fermentation, fruit body vs mycelium, etc), his initial proof-of-concept work in the equine world and pet world, and regulatory issues.
