In this crash course workshop, Peter will present a streamlined method for growing an abundance of edible and medicinal mushrooms for low to no dough. At its core, this process revolves around cultivating a mycelium inoculum in a liquid medium, as opposed to agar-filled petri dishes (which are more standard).
