Have no fear, Nick and Graham of Hunt & Gather will set you straight and get you on your way to become a master myco-chef.

Cover the following principles: cleaning fresh mushrooms (rustic dish cleaning versus peeling mushrooms, hydrating dried mushrooms (using oil to pull out the moisture after rehydrating them and confit them), prepping basic types of mushrooms (how to slice mushrooms in different sizes), cooking the prepped shrooms in a few simple, classic ways, pickling mushrooms, saving liquid for stock.
